Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to United States addresses only. We plan on expanding out in the near future.

How long does shipping take?

We ship the following business day for most orders and usually choose USPS for our shipping carrier. It takes 2-5 business days to ship usually.

How do I track my order?

We provide a tracking number to your email when it ships out.

How do I return an item?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All bamboo items are handmade, therefore are subject to slight discrepancies. We have a very thorough inspection of all items at the factory as well as when we receive the shipment but sometimes may miss something. Slight discoloration, puckering and a little difference in length is normal. Holes, rips, and large differences in length are NOT normal. If you experience any of these, just send us an e-mail at sleepcozy@mamaladymade.com within 10 days of delivery and we will discuss how to fix the issue. If we do not have a replacement item, than a store credit or a refund may be issued.
